What’s your favorite part of working at Aspire?

“I laugh every day. The individuals we serve bring sunshine every day. I really enjoy being around their energy and their positivity.”

What’s an important lesson you’ve learned in your career?

“If you’re lucky, you learn something new every day. I never think I know everything and am always willing to learn. I enjoy learning new things and try to keep an open mind. If I don’t know something, I ask questions. Those are the things that I try to do on a daily basis. Never think you’re the smartest person in the room; always be willing to listen to anyone and learn something new.”
