We are Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities. 
Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Recruiter to play a crucial role in building a talented and dedicated team that shares our commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of the individuals we serve. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruiting strategies, and a passion for connecting with individuals who align with our mission.

Location: Bel Air, Maryland, Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:
•    Source, attract, and select top-tier candidates to join our team.
•    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
•    Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations.
•    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
•    Contribute to employer branding efforts to showcase our values and culture.
•    Maintain accurate candidate records and generate recruitment metrics reports.

Our ideal candidate: 
•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•    Proven recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or social services.
•    Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
