2026 Summer Parent Groups

When your child is having a hard time, it can be challenging to know what to do.

Our small parent groups give you support, tools, and guidance to handle those moments with more confidence.

Registration closes June 22.

Small Groups. Personalized Support.

Each group is limited to 5 families, creating space for discussion, coaching, and individualized support. Over 15 weekly sessions, you’ll learn to:

  • Understand Patterns: Notice what leads up to challenging moments
  • Respond with Confidence: Know what to do: planful responding instead of reacting
  • Support Your Child: Help your child feel understood and regulated

Upcoming Groups

Registration closes on June 22

1. Big Feelings, Little Kids: Simple Tools for Parents

For parents of children ages 3–5
Mondays, 11–12 PM  | July 6 – October 12

Description:

Emotion regulation in the preschool years is an area many children are working on developing. This age is characterized by increasingly independent thoughts and ideas, and learning to communicate these while managing emotions can be a very difficult balance.

Our group will focus on developmentally appropriate and supportive strategies for building confidence and independence in young children, while simultaneously providing clear boundaries and limits in supportive ways.

2. Tools for Tough Moments: Strategies for Supporting School-Age Children

For parents of children ages 6–11
Wednesdays, 12–1 PM  | July 8 – October 14

Description:

School-age children are often learning to navigate peer relationships and increasing demands at school and with sports. Managing emotions while experiencing these developmental milestones can be a challenge.

Our group will focus on supporting school-age children to develop prosocial coping skills and strong communication strategies, while simultaneously highlighting the importance of age-appropriate boundaries and rules.
