This page includes two important documents: our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how we handle your medical and health information, and our Website Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect and use information through allinc.org. Notice of Privacy Practices

USES AND DISCLOSURES OF HEALTH INFORMATION
How do we typically use or share your health information? We typically use or share your health information in the following ways:
Treatment: We can use your health information and share it with other professionals who are treating you, like your physician or healthcare provider.
Business Operations: We can use and share your health information to run our practice, improve your care, and contact you when necessary. Operations include quality assessment and enhancement activities, evaluating performance, conducting training programs, accreditation, certification, or licensing activities.
Payment: We may use and disclose your health information to obtain payment for services we provide to you.
As Required By Law: We may use and disclose your health information when required to do so by federal, state or local law.
Threat to Health or Safety: We may use and disclose your health information for health and safety reasons, when necessary.
There are times when uses and disclosures will be made only with your consent: Any use of protected health information for marketing and research purposes, any clinical notes. You can revoke consent in writing at any time.
INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
Get an electronic copy of your medical record: You can ask to see or get an electronic or paper copy of your medical record and other health information we have about you. We will provide a copy or a summary of your health information, usually within 30 days of your request. We may change a reasonable, cost-based fee.
Ask us to correct your medical record: You can ask us to correct health information about you that you think is incorrect or incomplete. Ask us how to do this. We may say “no” to your request, but we’ll tell you why in writing within 60 days.
Request confidential communications: You can ask us to contact you in a specific way (for example, in person or in writing) or to send mail to a different address or email.
Request Restrictions: You can ask us not to use or share certain health information for treatment, payment, or our operations. We are not required to agree to your request and we may say “no” if it would affect your care.
Accounting: You can ask for a list (accounting) of the times we’ve shared your health information for six years prior to the date you ask, who we shared it with, and why. We will include all the disclosures except for those about treatment, payment, and health care operations, and certain other disclosures (such as any you asked us to make). We’ll provide one accounting a year for free but will charge you a reasonable, cost-based fee if you ask for another one within 12 months.
Choose someone to act for you: If you have given someone medical power of attorney of if someone is your legal guardian, that person can exercise your rights and make choices about your health information. We will make sure the person has this authority and can act for you before we take any action.
Copy of this Notice: You can ask for a paper copy of this notice at any time, even if you have agreed to receive the notice electronically. We will provide you with a paper copy promptly.
In the case of fundraising: we may contact you for fundraising efforts, but you can tell us not to contact you again.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information. We will let you know promptly if a breach occurs that may have compromised the privacy or security of your information. We must follow the duties and privacy practices described in this notice and give you a copy of it.
We will not use or share your information other than as described here unless you tell us we can in writing. If you tell us we can, you may change your mind at any time. Let us know in writing if you change your mind.
We can change the terms of this notice, and the changes will apply to all information we have about you. The new notice will be available upon request, in our office, and on our website.
COMPLAINTS
It is ok to file a complaint. Aspire will not retaliate against you. You can complain if you feel we have violated your rights by contacting the Privacy Officer at (978) 602-7405 or smacneil@allinc.org.
You can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, 200 Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20201, by calling 1-877-696-6775 or by visiting www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacy/hipaa/complaints/.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number, you agree that Aspire Living & Learning may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing, but not limited to, essential information and updates.

- You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to 984.5045. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

- Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
- By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
Website Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to https://allinc.org/, and Aspire Living & Learning (“Company”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include https://allinc.org/. The Company’s website is an informational site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us, such as by completing a contact, inquiry, or sign-up form on our website. You are not required to provide this information to browse our website. Information you choose to share may include:
- First and last name
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Employer
- Job title
- Information related to service inquiries, such as services of interest, preferred service location, and life stage of the individual
We may also collect limited, non-identifying demographic and usage information through analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to better understand website traffic and usage patterns. This information may include approximate age ranges, gender, and interactions with the website. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
We use the personal information you provide to respond to inquiries, communicate about services or information you request, and improve our website and communications. We do not collect personal information automatically, and we do not require personal information to access most areas of the site.
We may collect additional personal or non-personal information in the future if you choose to provide it.
Use of your Personal Information
The Company collects and uses personal information you voluntarily provide through the website for the following purposes:

Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Information submitted through our website forms is securely transmitted to and stored using third-party platforms that support our inquiry and communication processes. Aspire Living & Learning manages this information and controls how it is used. These platforms are required to maintain appropriate safeguards to protect the information.
Automatically Collected Information
The Company may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Company’s website.

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
Security of your Personal Information
The Company secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The Company uses the following methods for this purpose:
- SSL Protocol
When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet that are beyond our control; and (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this site cannot be guaranteed.
Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Under the CCPA and CPRA, you have the right to request that the Company, and any third parties with whom your personal information is sold or shared, delete any personal information that has been collected about you. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@allinc.org.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
- Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, and provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
- Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
Children Under Thirteen
The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
Email Communications
If you choose to provide your email address, the Company may contact you by email to share information you have requested, service-related updates, organizational announcements, surveys, or other relevant communications. To help improve our communications, we may use email tools that indicate when an email is opened or when a link is clicked.
You may opt out of non-essential email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”):
- Right to Know. You may request details on what personal data we collect, use, and share.
- Right to Delete. You can request deletion of personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct. You may request corrections to inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for advertising.
- Right to Restrict Sensitive Data Use. You may limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Right Against Retaliation. The Company will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Changes to This Statement
The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. For example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law. When changes to this Policy are significant, we will inform you. You may receive a notice by sending an email to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our Aspire Living & Learning, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
