Meet Jessica Savage, a training manager at Aspire! Her dedication to supporting employees ensures that they, in turn, can deliver top-notch services to the people we support. We’re so grateful for her commitment and thrilled she took a moment to share her role in the Aspire community!

What is your role at Aspire?

“My role is the training manager for the New Hampshire and Massachusetts offices, and I’m a part of the workplace learning team within the people and culture department.”

Can you describe your core responsibilities?

“My core responsibility as a training manager is to lead the new hire orientation training — at Aspire we call it All on Board. As well as providing ongoing professional development opportunities to our current staff.”

What led you to work at Aspire, and what impact do you hope to make in your role?

“I was drawn to work at Aspire as a training manager so that I was able to have a bigger impact on the people that are served by supporting the employees to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.”
