CEO Lou Giramma reflects on a year marked by growth, unity, and progress, made possible by the passion and dedication of the incredible Aspire community.

Dear Aspire Community, 

As we enter this season of reflection and celebration, I want to take a moment to share my heartfelt gratitude for all we have accomplished together. This time of year always invites us to pause and take stock of where we’ve been, how far we’ve come, and where we are headed—and I am filled with pride as I think about the incredible strength of this community. 

Over the past year, we have continued to build a stronger, more unified organization that is deeply rooted in our values. We have celebrated growth in the services we provide, expanded opportunities for learning and development, and created meaningful ways to connect with one another and the people we support. I am inspired daily by your creativity, compassion, and unwavering dedication to Aspire’s mission. 

As I prepare for my retirement next July, I remain fully committed to supporting Aspire’s transition into its next chapter. I know that this organization is in good hands—in your hands. The work we do is not easy, but it is so deeply important. And it is through your care, collaboration, and belief in what’s possible that Aspire will continue to grow and thrive. 

There is still much to do in the months ahead, and I look forward to working alongside all of you as we carry this mission forward. Thank you for your dedication and your passion and for making Aspire such a special place. It has been the honor of my lifetime to serve as your CEO.
