Overview
As the complexity of student needs continues to grow, the question is no longer whether schools need support in programming for students, but how to access this support in fiscally feasible, responsible ways. Collaborative consultation that maximizes in district expertise and supports system growth for increased capacity is an essential component of specialized programming for learners with complex needs.
Join us for a webinar where we explore the process of establishing a meaningful consultative relationship to expand programming for learners with significant needs to support these learners in accessing instruction in their community schools.
This session is designed for School District Leaders.
What You’ll Learn
Participants will gain practical insights they can apply immediately in their school communities, including:
- The needs assessment process and how it is used to create a roadmap to move from “current state of affairs” to “desired state of affairs.”
- A hybrid onsite/distance consultation model, which can allow for consultation to be delivered in a modality that is more fiscally feasible for districts and that still achieves results.
