Join Aspire Living & Learning’s Dr. Robert Miller, Director of Enabling Technology, on Thursday, August 27, for Maryland’s Technology First Showcase.
The free event brings together technology vendors and service providers for hands-on demonstrations of how assistive technology and remote supports can expand possibilities for people with disabilities to live more independently and stay connected to their communities.
Aspire will be showcasing our Independent Smart Home concept and talking with families and providers about how everyday technology can support greater independence, safety and choice at home. Stop by our table to explore the technology, meet Rob and learn more about how Aspire is using enabling technology to support people in their daily lives.
The showcase runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Meeting House in Columbia, with free parking available.
